Second, both my son and I feel that the staff remember and care about us as individuals. Third, the organization here is incomparable. Appointments are available at a variety of times and days. Reminders are timely and consistent. There are no “hidden”costs. Finally, our results have been fantastic! Thank you all!

If I could pinpoint my most memorable moment it would have to be getting a letter from someone at the office in which they apologized to me for pushing on my teeth during a visit. Everyone was very helpful, cheerful and enthusiastic about their jobs. Having a brief but friendly conversation with the assistants while getting treatment was fun and memorable. Also the guessing games that took place almost every month was memorable. I remember winning a huge basket full of jellybeans last year.

Andrew Y Wrote: How friendly and outgoing all of Dr. Hershey and her wonderful ladies are to everyone. Everyone made you feel right at home and quickly took away any anxieties about the visit. Everything from the first visit to the most recent was well explained and any questions were well answered. It was the first time that I ever looked forward to coming to a doctor’s appointment. Dr. Hershey and her ladies were more than just people working on your teeth; they were your friends who you could talk to about anything. And of course working with Robin was great!

Also, the office’s atmosphere is friendly, fun and clean. Dr. Hershey’s office always has music, playing from the newest artists to past popular artists. In addition to the atmosphere and staff Dr. Hershey’s office always has snacks and games for kids and adults. They have snacks available for free such as cookies, crackers, candy and other treats. Their games like xbox, computers, and frequent raffles make the kids and parents wait in the office go by quick. Dr. Hershey’s office was very good and I am pleased with the results.
